The individual packages have massive amounts of space and the reseller packages are tiny, comparatively.

scale back the ridiculous hosting plans. It looks cheap.
The new hosting plans look silly.
No one needs 10TB of space and just appeals to those people who like shiny things. The real power users that your customers recommend Surpass to are going to look at that and scoff. -

ADD the option Edit DNS Zone in WHM
I have 1 more resell account in other web hosting company and when i need that option i use there but i really do not need the other resell account i use it only for Edit DNS Zone option in WHM.

Allow us to create minor users with less abilities.
Allow us to create minor users with less abilities from within the CPanel so they can use less operational features such as File Manager, Fantastico, but don't let them in Security and stuff. Basically optional stuff.

New VPS servers planned
The VPS servers configuration is cool and they are cheap. But what if i want only 384MB of ram 15-20GB of space and 300-400 of bandwidth I thinks is better to have a lower configuration VPS servers ?

allow resellers to sell reseller hosting
Keep the same limits, etc. Just allow, say, for an extra 5 dollars a month a reseller may sell reseller accounts. This way when we get big enough/talk our significant other into a VPS there is not much editing that needs to be done to the site, just transfer everything over.

Provide cheaper upgrades for dedicated servers
Currently, an extra 512MB of RAM costs an extra $20 per month. 512MB of server-class RAM is $6 retail. Please provide a one-time cost to server upgrades; especially things that won't go bad (like RAM, as opposed to an HDD).
