The individual packages have massive amounts of space and the reseller packages are tiny, comparatively.

A program that allows us to resell the services offered surpasshosting with white mark, with transparency in order to sell to our customers, it's hard even taking into dedicated servers surpass compete with you, therefore it would be very good to a program that allows us to resell their services without that the final customer must learn that the service belongs to surpass.

The on-line Support is great but the Phone support will rocks! We mast have it :)

The new hosting plans look silly.
No one needs 10TB of space and just appeals to those people who like shiny things. The real power users that your customers recommend Surpass to are going to look at that and scoff.

I have 1 more resell account in other web hosting company and when i need that option i use there but i really do not need the other resell account i use it only for Edit DNS Zone option in WHM.

Keep the same limits, etc. Just allow, say, for an extra 5 dollars a month a reseller may sell reseller accounts. This way when we get big enough/talk our significant other into a VPS there is not much editing that needs to be done to the site, just transfer everything over.

Surpass has been around for 6 years. Why not celebrate all those people who have been with them all (or at least most of) the way? Jelly donuts for those Surpassers who have put in 5+ years of dedicated customership!! Brilliant!!

The possibility of having dedicated servers with unlimited bandwidth, unmanaged by surpass low-priced, in europe recruitments can be made at very low price.

if this will cost a lot you may change the disk space and bandwidth quota :) i think resellers need this the most.

Allow us to create minor users with less abilities from within the CPanel so they can use less operational features such as File Manager, Fantastico, but don't let them in Security and stuff. Basically optional stuff.

Here in the Netherlands there is a small but quite noticeable growing trend towards using ‘green’ ISP’s: providers that strictly use sustainable (or as they call it here: ‘green’) energy for their data centers.
I would definitely be interested in having a green option at Surpass. It would be great if you could provide (shared) servers that are hosted by data centers that use sustainable energy and offer this as ‘green’ option next to your existing services; I would be willing to pay extra for such a service / product as well.

The VPS servers configuration is cool and they are cheap. But what if i want only 384MB of ram 15-20GB of space and 300-400 of bandwidth I thinks is better to have a lower configuration VPS servers ?

Not by too much - I have a mailing list with 500 people that sometimes hits the 350 max.

Softaculous has 113 scripts including WordPress, Joomla and even WHMCS! Softaculous has all the scripts available with Fantastico plus many more (and more are being added all the time).

Not only does it have more scripts than Fantastico, but it is also cheaper!

The best thing is, all scripts that Softaculous has - always has the very latest versions!

Please Surpass, please ditch Fantastico and get Softaculous!!!

I have a Reseller account with Surpass, and I intend to stay with them for a very long time to come.

However, recently I have been concerned with regards to the server I am on. Lately the CPU load has been quite high, and although 8 CPU's is very good, I think upgrading the server to 16 CPU's would be good.

I think they should add new features and fantastico elements to CPanel. I mean its 2009. Everyone is doing Blogs and Video Blogs and Sharing creativity of music and videos. Surpass surpasses the space but not features. Most of us hosted can only do basic stuff with out tools like SSH.
